The location offered a much-needed quiet atmosphere, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Porto. It's only a short walk down Rua Santa Catarina, making it easy to discover local cafes and shops. The terrace was a great spot to relax in the sun, and we enjoyed our breakfasts outside. The spread was basic but included enough goodies like ham, butter, jam, and fruit to fuel our adventures. While the room size was decent for a family of four, I think it would be best suited for shorter stays- a maximum of three nights seemed ideal. What stood out was the very helpful staff; they were always there to assist with any requests. Given the quality and location, it felt slightly on the pricier side for a guesthouse. It's certainly a family-friendly option for those looking to explore Porto without being right in the tourist hub.
